At 7:00 am this morning (April 2nd) a coyote jumped a 3 1/2 foot fenced yard on Mandan Circle to get at a small dog. The owners were able to chase the coyote away in time, however, it could have been a very different ending. Please be cognizant of this and do not chain up your animals unsupervised.
